He has up to date diagnostic technology and even a 3d machine for more accurate diagnosis of cracks, fractures, TMJ ect that otherwise could go unnoticed. I then had another flare up over the weekend and they got me in Sunday. They are so nice and they listen. They do not pass you off like many other doctors do. If you have TMJ or anything associated in that area they will help you!

They may be a small practice but they make up for it with their service. Came in as a referral for some TMJ problems. (Dr. Allman is a recognized specialist.) At my first appointment, Dr. Allman spent over 2.5 hours going over my medical history, current ailments, diseases, and medications (of which there are many). He made me very comfortable with his attention to details. He gave me several options of how to proceed. He even allowed me to bring my sister back in for a consultation to help me ask more questions and come to a decision on how to move forward. Yesterday, I went in for a standard cleaning. The hygienist was wonderful. She didn’t hurt me at all. (Have I mentioned that I hate dentists!). Cool thing they do there is to scratch off a small piece of plaque and put it under a microscope to see what bacteria you have in you mouth. It was really freaky to see all the things moving around on the screen and that it was in your mouth. She pointed out the different kinds of bacteria and the one that points to gum disease. I was happy to find out that I didn’t have to add that to my list. If you have TMJ problems, this is the place to go!!!
